1 – Tour times are approximate and may vary depending on weather
conditions and unforeseen issues. Helicopter type and tour itineraries are
subject to change without notice.
2 – Fonnafly AS reserves the right to change or cancel flight at any time for

Fonnafly will do their outmost to minimize the unforeseen delays. In case of
cancellation; if customer is unable to reschedule, they will receive a full refund.
5 – All passenger must be able to provide valid photo ID.
6 – All passengers will have to verify their body weight. This is for safety
reason, linked to weight and balance of each flight. Passengers that refuse
doing so might be denied boarding without the possibility for refund.
7- If any damage to helicopter or equipment caused by the passenger,
he/she will be held economically responsible.

passengers. Fonnafly reserves the right to change helicopter type at any time based upon availability. All helicopters within our fleet are approved for all type of helicopter missions within our product range.
1 – The pilot always has the last word with regards to operational issues
including weather. If the pilot is not comfortable to perform the flight, it will be cancelled or rescheduled.
1 – The duration of all trips is from the rotor starts to turn, until the rotor stops after a flight.
2 – The announced duration of the trips may wary pending on helicopter type and total weight. Weather conditions may also affect the duration.
1 – The announced maximum weights of 620 kg must not be exceeded. If passengers have given wrong information, this might cause pilot to reduce number of passengers onboard, resulting in
leaving passengers behind. Passenger who has caused mentioned situation
will be held economically responsible.
2 – The Pilot will always decide the maximum weight of each flight based on
weight and balance of the helicopter. If the pilot decides to reduce number of passengers, the pilot’s decision is final.
1 – Fonnafly AS requires 24-hours in order to cancel a helicopter tour.
Cancellations less than 24-hours before departure or no-shows will be
assessed a 100% cancellation fee.
2 – Fonnafly AS requires 7-days in order to cancel a helicopter tour.
Cancellations within 7-days – 24 hrs before departure will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee.
3 – Fonnafly AS requires 31-days in order to cancel a helicopter tour.
Cancellations within 31-days will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee.
4 – In case of bad weather (heavy rain, low cloud ceiling, extreme winds, bird activity): passenger can always contact us on the same day of the flight to reschedule for another time or day. If passengers are unable to reschedule their flight, they will receive a full refund.
5 – in case of heavy bird migration from Africa, flight might be cancelled or
reduced to 6 passengers as a professional ornithologist will have to join the
flight to evaluate the scope of migration against bird strike risk. Passenger will have the option to chose another flight or full refund.
